Direct Primary Care Plans

Our number one priority is helping prevent, diagnose, and treat health issues with affordable solutions that work best for you.

Basic Plan

Includes all visits during normal business hours and reduced fees for all testing and procedures.

Adult $65/month
18-26 year old $40/month
Child $15/month (with Adult Plan)

Plus Plan

Includes the Basic Plan with added after hours access for Urgent and Emergent Care

Adult $85/month
18-26 year old $55/month
Child $15/month (with Adult Plan)

Premium Plan

Includes the Basic and Plus plan benefits plus in house discounts of 20% off all Aesthetics and IV services and 10% off all in house products such as ZO Skin Health, Glo Skin Beauty products, and the Designs for Health Supplements.
